How It All Works
Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or on weekends and statutory holidays, are processed the following business day.
Processing Time
Allow 1 – 2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Packaging
Every order ships in discreet, recyclable packaging. Capsule bottles are sealed and cushioned to arrive in perfect condition — no excess plastic, no unnecessary fillers.

Delivery Issues
Package missing or stuck in transit? Reach us at hello@moduslabs.ca within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Wrong Address?
Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Email us immediately at hello@moduslabs.ca — once shipped, we're unable to redirect packages.

Shipping FAQ
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3:00 PM PST are typically processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are picked up the next business day. You’ll always receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes — Canada Post standard shipments can be delivered to PO Boxes across Canada. For expedited orders or US destinations shipping via UPS or FedEx, a physical street address is required at checkout.
My order hasn't moved in a few days. What should I do?
Carrier scans can occasionally lag, especially for cross-border shipments. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, please reach out to us at hello@moduslabs.ca with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly, so there’s a short window. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order is fulfilled and with the carrier, we’re unable to make modifications.
Will I be charged duties or taxes on my order?
Canadian orders include applicable GST at checkout. For US orders, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier at delivery. We’re not able to predict or prepay these fees on your behalf.
Do you ship outside Canada and the US?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada and to the United States only. International shipping is something we’re actively working toward. If you’re outside these regions and want to be notified when we expand, join our waitlist.
